Workplace Bullying-Managing Workplace Stress

Workplace Bullying is a regular presenting issue for those working within EAP as well as low cost services and private practice.

Counselling clients who are being bullied at work can be challenging. They often blame themselves, feel stupid or useless and fearful of the consequences if they attempt to be assertive.

As well as supporting the client emotionally in a situation where they are feeling scared and/or useless, it is important to be aware of strategies the client can adopt to protect themselves.
